Equipment consisting of a central rotor and a set of vanes distributed throughout its diameter. The rotor is fixed at the ends through a central shaft and bearings housed in fixed bearings at the two horizontal ends of the frame. The arrangement of the blades provides the sealing and feeding of a system through a rotating movement performed by motorization and adequate speed for each type of product or with the aid of a frequency inverter for automated systems. The product is moved and fed from top to bottom.
Construction:
Housing, rotor and side covers in nodular cast iron, and can also be made in AISI stainless steel, or in SAE carbon steel sheets. Its constructive form guarantees an excellent seal.
Capacity:
From 0.5 t/hour to 60 t/hour.
Use:
Used to separate product and air through the combination of the rotary valve and cyclonic decanter from pneumatic transport, and can also be used in volumetric dosing of products.
Possible use also for the separation between environments in depression and that in atmospheric pressure.
Accessories:
Output display and transition.
