The 250mm construction structure of the Stone Mill is a “U” shaped structure for removing the product, joined by welding, contributing to the robustness of the machine. The hopper has a capacity of 15 kg, the grains fall through an adjustable system. The granulometry of the flour is adjustable using the pulley that regulates the distance between the stones moving them closer or closer. The upper stone is fixed and the lower stone rotates by means of a trapezoidal belt drive, driven by a 1.8 KW electric motor that can be supplied with a single phase of 230V or three-phase of 400V. The rotating stone is equipped with two fins that facilitate cleaning and complete flow of the grinding chamber.
Capacity:
Production from 50 to 80 kg per hour (fine / coarse).
Centrifugal Sieve:
The vibrating centrifugal sieve can be considered an ideal complement to the Stone Mill, in case it is necessary to sift edible wholemeal flour. This makes it possible to obtain a high quality sifted product. Minimal drive energy absorption is required, driven by a single phase 230V – 0.12 KW electric motor, directly connected to the shaft. The sieve has very small external dimensions, suitable for positioning under the Stone Mill and working very efficiently and simply. This machine combines great flexibility of diagram flow with the possibility of quick and simple exchange of screens. This allows you to select three different types of product: one type of flour, fine bran and bran. The complete structure is in welded steel, with powder coating. It has a rotor, operating by centrifugal pulsation, mounted on dust proof bearings. The sieve is equipped with three separate discharge outlets for bagging three different types of flour. Every discharge chute is equipped with a nozzle and leather clips.
