It is a semolina purifier made up of a set of interchangeable sieve frames arranged side by side for classifying milled products by granulometry and density. They are provided with a back and forth movement provided by a set of oscillating or vibrating axes driven by “motor vibrators” with a start synchronization system. It can be composed of one to three overlapping layers of classification. It has an air distribution system through valves arranged laterally in channels and a central valve, with three adjustment options, facilitating adjustment for better efficiency.

Use:

For densimetric and granulometric separation of semolina resulting from previous classification in plansifter. Its purpose is to purify semolina in order to obtain noble products of higher quality in milling. Can be used in grading corn and wheat mills.
