Equipment composed of two planes of sieves arranged horizontally with the opening of differentiated screens that, with the aid of the counter flow of air and vibrating movement, make it possible to separate impurities smaller than the grain, lighter ones, stones and also the division of light and heavy grains.

Construction:

Metal, base made of 1010/1020 steel profiles, Body made of 1010/1020 steel sheet. Screens with wooden loom and screen cleaning system provided with rubber balls. The body is supported by duly dimensioned springs and by an adjustable point, there are two vibrator motors, working in opposite rotations to direct the vibration waves in the longitudinal direction of the machine.

Capacity:

From 5 t/hour to 25 t/hour.

Use:

Extraction of stones, dust and straw from cereals and classification by gravity before processing them. Allowing the separation of heavier products from lighter ones.
