Michelangelo, synonymous with art, like all OMAS machines. More specifically, this sassor offers really high levels of performance, thanks to the robust yet light structure: the machine's stability guaranteed by an excellent structure balance that does not transmit vibrations to the ground. Flour selection is almost perfect, guaranteed by uniform air circulation. Innovative frames and structure, synonymous with quality and high performance levels.
Descriptive:
Substructure including reject dump boxes. Screening structure installed on elastic elements, with two superimposed triple lines. Two vibrator motors guarantee an alternate movement for the screening structure. Adjustable feeding group for uniform product distribution in the sieve compartment, directly connected to the suction, to avoid condensation. Aluminum sieves with sliding brushes on cursors with reversible movement for cleaning, collection channels, two independent aspiration chambers divided into sections with air regulation through the micrometric opening of the valves and connection channels for the central aspiration.
Capacity:
According to the capacity of the diagram.
Construction:
Robust aluminum and AISI 304 stainless steel frames, without welding. Idea and solution patented by OMAS, the only one of its kind in the world.
Suction ducts with adjustable butterfly valves; inlet windows in acrylic sheet, set of brushes and sieves and discharge boxes with three-way valves.
It has internal LED light, illuminating the inside of the sieves, facilitating the adjustment by the operator.
Use:
For densimetric and granulometric separation of semolina resulting from previous classification in plansifter. Its purpose is to purify semolina in order to obtain noble products of higher quality in milling. Can be used in grading corn and wheat mills.
