Equipment consisting of an upper entrance at one end with the product oriented laterally against a set of vanes oriented in the direction of advancement, fixed to metal bars attached to the central rotor. It has an internal metallic grid for fixing screens for classifying products. The sieved product passes through the screen and is collected in the lower central part of the equipment. The sorted product comes out the side of it.
Construction:
In SAE carbon steel, it can also be made in AISI stainless steel.
Capacity:
From 0.5 t/hour to 30 t/hour.
Use:
For grain surface treatment. It uses the friction cleaning principle so that there is friction between grain/grain, grain/screen and grain/rotor. This principle provides for the separation of fine impurities that are forcibly thrown out of the screen. Suspended impurities are collected through a suction point located at the opposite end of the product inlet.
Accessories:
Input and output transitions, display for flow control.
