The Lab Plansifter. Through a set of screens/sieves different from each other, it selects the granulometry and checks the quantity of the product. Its mechanical system is equipped with precision gear and snail shaft, with high performance and low noise level. With firm and durable functioning, all items are in accordance with GB/T5507-2008 Oily Flour Inspection Standard.

Construction:

Carbon steel. Precision gear and spool shaft for drive. Low energy loss and low noise level. An eccentric shaft was adopted to drive the plansifter.

Its working principle is: granulated products with different granulometry cannot pass through its specific screen. By checking the amount of product remaining on these different screens, it can be calculated to obtain the particle size number of the product checked.
