Multinator – Combined Mixed Fraction Separator

Descriptive:

The Multinator is a combined machine of cleaning which performs three different tasks in a single piece of equipment, working as a stone picker and classifying grains into high and low density, in addition to separating waste whose density is very close to that of healthy grain.

The Multinator stands out for its functions of separating waste with low specific gravity, effectively separating stones at high capacity and classifying grains into light fraction and heavy fraction. In addition to the effective cleaning function with its mentioned advantages, the Multinator saves around 20-40% of the screening capacity of standard cleaning systems. The product is evenly distributed across the width of the screen via the feed inlet. Depending on the specific gravity, the waste is transported to the upper outlet with an intensive suction effect on the upper screen. High-density products fall onto the second sieve.

In the second sieve, the stone is initially separated from the mixed product, which contains stone and high-density products, and sent to the stone disposal. The remaining products are sent to the product discharge in two different forms, light and heavy products. The amount of light and heavy products can be easily adjusted by means of suction dampers.

Construction:

Metallic, base made with carbon steel profiles.

The body is supported by high-resistance cushions, properly dimensioned, there are two vibrator motors, working in opposite rotations to direct the vibration waves in the longitudinal direction of the machine.

Capacity of combined cleaning machine:

up to 18 t/hour.

Use:

Extraction of stones, dust and straw from cereals and classification by gravity before processing them. Enabling the separation of heavier products from lighter ones with different densities.
