Process
The Degerminator receives the whole grains, through friction between them it removes the film and the germ, and breaks the corn into standard sizes and shapes.
The Germ and small parts are discharged through the side screens, the grains through a valve that controls the degree of degermination through weight, providing a product according to the desired.
Degermination
The degermination process aims to clean the grain and produce larger-sized canjicas, to facilitate the separation process without contaminating the bran or germ, exempt from subsequent drying and grinding, and can be stored for longer or used directly as an ingredient for various applications.
Constructive Part
The simplified system and the construction entirely in carbon steel or stainless steel have high resistance to wear and reduce repair and maintenance costs.
The machine is operated for months without unwanted production stops, bringing excellent cost-benefit ratios.
Production and Applications
With the High Performance Degerminator maximum starch production can be obtained with larger particles and a minimum of fine products.
