Equipment consisting of a central rotor and a set of vanes distributed throughout its diameter. The rotor is fixed at the ends through a central shaft and bearings housed in fixed bearings at the two horizontal ends of the frame. The arrangement of the blades provides the sealing and feeding of a system through a rotating movement performed by motorization and adequate speed for each type of product or with the aid of a frequency inverter for automated systems. The product passes through a circular tube internally coupled below the rotor in a horizontal direction.
Construction:
Housing and side covers in nodular cast iron, rotor in SAE steel, and can also be made in AISI stainless steel or in bent plates.
Capacity:
Normally between 0.2 t/h to 20 t/h of wheat or for larger capacities due to the possibility of making it in different sizes, maintaining the same manufacturing and operating principle.
Use:
For the need to feed the product in pneumatic conveying lines.
